How do ESL classes get English grammar wrong?

Learning English as a second language can be challenging, and ESL classes often get grammar wrong. Many teachers lack the necessary expertise to teach grammar correctly, leading to confusion and frustration on the part of the student. Additionally, ESL classes often focus on memorization and repetition rather than teaching proper grammar rules, which can lead to incorrect usage in the long-term. Furthermore, the classroom environment can be intimidating, making it difficult for students to ask questions and get feedback on their grammar. Finally, the lack of real-world practice in an ESL classroom can lead to poor grammar in the student's everyday English. With the right teaching and practice, however, ESL students can learn proper English grammar and become confident in their language skills.
